A lot of people go into the seminary thinking they know what they want to do for a career, but then they go out to the real world looking for a job and the only thing they can find is the job they’ve already chosen.
That is a common story for everyone. We’re all out there trying to figure out what we want to do for a career, and then when we come up against the first obstacle, we go back to school and try again. It is a very real struggle, and a lot of students do not end up getting a job. However, we can see the problem differently. First, we need to realize that not all of this is about getting a job.
In our world, there is a job market. We need to understand that this is a very real market, and the only way to get a job is to be in it. This is in stark contrast to our world where there is no job market. In our world, there are some jobs, but they are not job opportunities. Even at the best-case scenario, a job is a job.
